Minutes of Board Meeting 13 Held at Estoi Palace On Tuesday, 7th June Present: Robin Wilson, Jim Ditheridge, Pauline Burnham , Bill Mahoney, Kent Ringborn Christine Fay 14.40 Robin opened the meeting Last board meeting approved. We briefly discussed handovers at other club a list will be made a circulated. Jim reports that Maria Jose and Rui would be pinned at the handover. Further information about the handover was discussed, start 12.30 and Flags at 12.50, also Pauline handed Odete’s Paul Harris award to Robin to be presented. When we have located the flags and ascertained the number we will decide on those Rotarians who will partake in the ceremony. Kent reported he had handed over to Christine. Christine was concerned about some members lack of commitment, the board assured her she would get our full support, she also bought up concern for the Youth section of the Service committee. Pauline said she would contact the school about dictionaries, Kent will see through the summer camp
