Present: Shirley Dunne, Daniel Silva, Jim Bell, Pauline Burnham,

Shirley presented the draft discussion document following Board approval.
Everybody was happy with
the Committees as they have been restructured and this will now be presented to the Membership, see
attached.
The updated Committees should now work on implementing the Club Visioning Process.
We
went through the attached document which was drawn up following our Club Visioning Meeting.
It was felt that we are working hard to achieve the first 3 items on the document and have moved
forward with them.
Club Administration This Committee is already working on the items mentioned and new members are
all being appointed to Committees and assigned a Mentor.
Vocational Service Currently we do not have a Committee devoted to this, but as the Club expands we
may be able to work on some o
