Minutes of Board Meeting 5 Held at the Estoi Pousada On Tuesday, 10th October 2017. Minutes of Board Meeting 9 Held at Pousada Estoi Palace Tuesday 13th March 2018 Present: Manuela Robinson, Pauline Burnham ,Christine Fay, Maria José Pires, Jim Ditheridge, Bill Mahoney. Apologies Bruno Costa, Phil Wyndham, Shirley Dunne 11.00 Manuela opened the meeting Minutes of the last meeting were approved. Pauline spoke of her concern of the lack of information on applicants who join the club. The information being received is no more than the information on an identity card, no background on the person or their particular talent or contacts that could assist the club. It was agreed that Jim would look into what is received and given to applicants. She also spoke of the contribution made to the Foundation in January and the need according to the Governor of linking this with the grant application from Brazil, she expressed her surprise as to why this would be needed as 50% of any contribution made
