1. Shirley Dunne was elected Chairman for the meeting.
2. The notice convening the meeting was taken as read and accepted.
3. The minutes of the previous AGM were taken as read and accepted.
4. Past President Claire Larson’s Annual Report was received.
5. Birgitta Holm presented the Annual Financial Report
6. The Honorary Auditor’s report was accepted.
7. The Annual Financial Report was approved.
8. Election of officers for the Rotary year 1stJuly 2014 until 30thJune 2015
