Minutes of Board Meeting 3 Held at the Estoi Pousada On Tuesday, 12th September 2017. Present: Jim Ditheridge, Manuela Robinson, Pauline Burnham ,Shirley Dunne, Christine Fay, Maria Jose Pires Apologises: Bruno Costa, Bill Mahoney, Phil Wyndham 11.00 Manuela opened the meeting Minutes of the last meeting were approved. Jim mentioned the AOA project and what was left in the kitty. He reported that when speaking to Jaime AOA he had expressed an interest in a lung cancer test machine which can give early indications of the disease. Maria Jose explained what would be involved, the cost is well within our budget. The board agreed to hear the entire proposal when available. Manuela told us that Vitor had agreed to be the representative for FPR, Pauline will now send all relevant e mails to him. The new proposed budget is available Manuela will send it to the board for checking and comments it will the be discussed at the next board for approval, then it will be then sent to the members.
