Shirley opened the meeting at 14.45
Odette and Sandra from The Casa de Povo came to the meeting to talk about the
requirements for the children’s party. It was decided that chocolates, food and drink to the
total of 200 euro would be donated from the club as well as Kent as Father Christmas.
Minutes of the last meeting were passed.
Financial Matters: Birgitta sent an update of account from Sweden.
Secretarial Matters: Pauline reported that all the members were now registered with the
Portuguese Foundation.
Membership Matters. It was decided that new members from this date would follow the
new process.
Club Service: Robin confirmed he will e mail arrangements for the Christmas lunch. Also
reported that the committee would supply a host at each meeting and a host for the
speaker
