Minutes of Board Meeting 5 Held at the Estoi Pousada On Tuesday, 10th October 2017. Minutes of Board Meeting 8 Held at Pousada Estoi Palace Tuesday 6th February 2018 Present: Manuela Robinson, Pauline Burnham ,Christine Fay, Bruno Costa, Phil Wyndham, Maria José Pires, Jim Ditheridge, Bill Mahoney, Shirley Dunne 11.00 Manuela opened the meeting Minutes of the last meeting were approved. Manuela told us about the last Presidents meeting, five organization were selected APPC ( Cerebral Palsy), Bank Alimentar, AOA, APATRIS21 ( Downs Syndrome), APEXA help with varies life changing problems. Each organization has been asked to put forward their case for support and also an amount needed, this will be then discussed by the Presidents, two or three short listed then the clubs will decide which organization to support.. Pauline reported that overpaid money to the Fundação had not yet been returned we are waiting before we pay our next quarter bill. Bill reported most subs now in. Club : Jim re
