Minutes of Board Meeting 8 Held at the Estoi Palace On Tuesday, 5th January 2015. Present: Robin Wilson, Jim Ditheridge, Pauline Burnham , Kent Ringborn Absent: Jim Bell, Bill Mahoney 11.00 Robin opened the meeting Board meetings 7 approved Robin told us about the meeting at Estoi School to distribute the dictionaries, and of the interest expressed by the Head and other members of staff about the idea of an Interact group at the school. It was decided that the Youth committee should follow it through with the assistance of Kent. Robin also reported that the Casa do Povo had 1000 euro for paint and this time it was necessary to have a supervisor on site to make sure the works continued efficiently. Congratulations were also given to Kent and Shirley for their sterling work for the Christmas celebrations.
