In qualifying: 5 penalty on the starting grid Race: Add 15 seconds to the final time of the race Article 1.2 - Any driver sanctioned reprimand will be penalized After 3 reprimands: 10 penalty places on the starting grid Part 2: On track Article 2.1 - The start of the race will be analyzed by FIA members who may decide to penalize a driver for non-compliance with the Regulation, even if no complaint has been filed against it. Article 2.2 - Any driver motor smokes during qualifying will be penalized. 1st time: Reprimand Recurrences: Add 25 seconds to the final time of the race Article 2.3 - Any driver who cut the line exiting the pits in qualifying or in the race will be penalized.
