Since i was a child i have to watch the sport fight, but when i took the chance to practice it, i
decided to do it forever. It isn´t necesary have ever been an atletic person for all life, you only
need the passion for the fight, ofcourse you need to practice this sport when you decided practicing
muay thai.
The thai boxing keep your body full in peace muay thai teaches you dicipline. All the steps are
armonics with enviroment.
For training Muay Thai you must have confidence in yourself, you are the best, your body is the
strongest, the hardest, you are the hardest, the best, the fastest and the strongest. Everything is in
your mind.
All things are possible when you have total confidence in yourself, and thai boxing give you
confidence.
You can do push up, chin ups, pull ups, handstad, dips, korean dips…
You must jump all time, all days, because the jump makes your body stonger.
