The campus’ only 24-hour lab will close before over
the winter break for good.
After a $2.
3 million remodeling, Ransom Hall will
house services for students like tutoring, counseling,
advising and testing.
The university has yet to make a final decision on
the future of computer labs or the Computer Store
currently located in Ransom Hall.
Computers may
be dispersed among other campus labs, and two
potential locations in the University Center are eyed,
including the upper level and an area next to the UC
food court, Chief Information Officer Suzanne Montague said.
