Students have until Feb.

togive feedbackon“One Card”
proposal to allow the Mav Express cardsto functionasATM
and debit cards.
Administrators presented
the proposal in January to
allow students to access financial aid reimbursements and
use the card at businesses.
Student Congress President Josh Warren, said his
plan is to gain student feedback through the senators’ distribution of the proposal to
their organizations and at
committee meetings.
“I want students to know
how the proposal will work so
I can gain their input on what
they might change or just their
opinion of the new process,”
Warren said.
He said there is no opposition to the plan from students
so far, only comments on features that could be added to
the proposal.
“Though a decision hasn’t
been finalized, students can
still shape how that process
mighttake place,”he said.
“Unless the banks pull out of the
deal, I see no opposition to its
approval.
”
