Before students could begin
searching for their classes the first
two days of school, they had to find a
place to park.
“I drove around for at least 45
minutes looking for a parking spot,”
psychology junior Jessica Bailey said.
“I thought I was getting here early
like I normally do but everyone else
got here earlier.
”
She said she got to school at 11
a.
m.
, but lots filled more rapidly than
she expected.
Bailey also found parking lots
that were once available to commuters in the spring, were no longer
there.
“I always parked in either the lot
next to the bookstore or the lot directly across,” she said.
“But when I
drove up to it, it had a gate and a sign
saying, ‘Arlington Hall parking.
’”
