Mindful Libraries The data displayed in these infographics was collected as part of Aberdeen City Libraries’ Mindful Libraries project. The project was designed to help people to learn and explore methods for reducing stress and boosting their personal wellbeing. Each activity had a talk and activity taster sessions. The activities remained secret up until the introductory talk. The project was funded through the local Health Improvement Fund (www.neighbourhoodhealth.org.uk).
