You definitely want to strike to personally sponsor 5-20 business associates every month. This figure might sound a bit too large for you but remember that you should lead by example and you always must aim to be the top dog recruiter in your organization.
Through your warm market, one out of five folks will ever join you in business.
Through cold market, 1 out of 15 will ever join your business.
Through the web, 1% to 5% will ever join your business.
