A Different Way to Send Your Love

AUBURN- Just when Breast Cancer Awareness Month is coming to an end, a
local Auburn business has found an uplifting way to spread the word of the cause.
Wrapsody of Auburn, located in downtown Auburn at 112 N.
College St.
, has
come up with an unfamiliar way to spread the message of breast cancer awareness
through their Hope Floats Balloon Release campaign.
The Hope Floats campaign is designed to raise money for free mammograms for
women through the East Alabama Medical Foundation.
The money is raised by the
purchase of balloons and tags by Wrapsody customers during the month of October.
Customers then write sentiments on the tags to loved ones who are survivors of
breast cancer or those who are currently struggling with it.
These messages of hope and
support are then hung in the Hope Floats window of Wrapsody until the end of October.
