Estonia, were detained.

«In order to clarify the circumstances the staff of the Central Criminal Police opened a criminal case»,
employee of the police department Helin Vaher said.
Representative (госпрокуратуры) Carol Merzin noted that foreign detainees were placed in the center for
illegal immigrants.
He didn t provide any more information, citing on the interests of the investigation.
According to Russian news sources, illegal immigrants said they crossed the Russian-Estonian border forest
at night.
They also entered Russia illegally.
Russian border guards refused to accept illegal immigrants
because, as stated, there is no rigorous evidence that they came to Estonia from Russia.
