Visiting speakers are guaranteed certain rights when they visit campus. While the university can prevent speakers from making direct threats to students, ETSU
must go out of its way to provide a conducive speaking zone for visitors.

ETSU’s athletic scholarship funding is partially
self-contained—raisedthroughticketsalesand
other revenue gathering methods.
