AFRICA SEMOLA CAKE MADAGASCAR Ingredients: -Medium kilograme of semolina. -2 big spoons of flour. -3 glass of yogurt. -Medium glass of water. -1 lemmon. -1 spoon cup of leavening. -3/4 glass of oil. -Vainille. -2 big spoons of coconut. -2 glass of sugar. Elaboration: Move the mixed of semolina, flour and leavening, add 1 glass of sugar . Put the mix in a deep container , add the oil, the yogurt and move strongly. Put the mass in a mold and put it in the oven at high temperature until the surface is toasted. Then, remove from oven and let cooling. Mix the other glass of sugar with the water and make a juice with the lemmon and add it. Mix strongly and water the cake with it. Now you can eat it! Henar
