Vivint Continues to Save Lives
Vivint, considered as the largest home automation services company in North America, does not
limit its service to the most highly advanced home security devices.
Most importantly, they put
the safety of their customers as their top most priority.
With this reason, Vivint designed their
home automation system to safeguard families from both fire and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Carbon monoxide poisoning is the leading cause of approximately
15,000 emergency department visits and nearly 500 deaths
annually in the United States, as reported by Center for Disease
Control or CDC.
More than 53% of Carbon Monoxide exposures
occur between the months of November until February.
Vivint„s Vice President for Product Development, Jim Nye,
shares, “Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a leading cause of
accidental death in the United States.
Vivint„s sensors are designed
to detect the smallest concentrations of carbon monoxide, ensuring families and homes are safe.
