COORDINATING AND MANAGING ENTITY (CME):
The Carbon Protocol of SA acts as the CME for the PoA. The
legal advisors to the CPSA are ENS which provides legal support
and PoA structuring services.

Tradable carbon credits can be obtained under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the United
Nations Framework Convention for Climate Change (UNFCCC). These carbon credits can either be generated
