Expiry of extended deadline for submitting lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors: no lists were presented by minority Shareholders
With reference to the Shareholders’ Meeting of MolMed S.p.A. (MLM.MI), convened for 22 April 2013 on single call to decide, among other items, on the appointment of members of the Board of Statutory Auditors, MolMed announces that no lists for such appointment was filed by minority Shareholders – with minimum threshold necessary for the submission reduced by half – on expiry of the extended deadline, i.e. today at 6:00 PM.
