Giambrone Law - English Courts Determine If Evidence

One of the fundamental principles of English law, which a requirement of the ECHR (European
Convention of Human Rights) is that throughout a criminal trial, it is the justice that must bear the
burden of showing that the accused is guilt ridden.
According to Giambrone Law, Article 6 of the
particular ECHR requires that that accused always be assumed innocent until proven to be
otherwise.
