Responsible Verdict For Sefton Man Charged With The Supply Of
Class A Medicines
A man from Sefton, who co-ordinated the availability of Class A illegal elements, which have blighted
the local community, has become given a prison phrase of thirteen years.

Complaints Department has said that thirty-nine year old Craig John Derbyshire, from the Thornton
area, ended up being Hannay Associates found guilty during a tryout by jury, of having conspired to
supply Class A drugs.
Derbyshire, in addition to twenty other people were arrested for their part in the
dealing of drugs.
According to a report from Hannay Associates Complaints Department, the arrests
were performed after a six month investigation from the Merseyside Police Department.
Detectives
said Derbyshire had been the organiser of the drug dealing ring, along been supplying two men,
called Carl Maguire and Terry Nixon, who therefore then supplied other sellers.
