Eating Habits
I believe that my eating habits are often not the best, but I can
say that I eat everything.
I have no set diet because I like to
vary my meals.
I used to eat a lot of things before because I
used to realize many sports and my diet was basically eating
5 times per day, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, everything.
But
since I stop to doing exercise I adjust my diet by eating 3 or 4
times per day.
I really doesn`t eat too much carbohydrates,
but I loved to have an equality meal putting variety on it.
