MEAL WEEKS
Well here´s my meals of this week, I think that Im having a
bad attiude with the food that im eating.
First of all I have four
dinners in a week, I will like to have a good diet and eat more
vegetables and fruits to make my body more stronger than
now.
Another thing is that I dont have enough time to do exercise in
the week because im really busy with the
homeworks,proyects and all the exams of the period and I go
to english classes at Oxford because im preparing to make
the First Certification Exam and other curses of Reading thats
why im not doing exercise and If I will do it my metabolism will
be more faster and probably will grow while im eating food.
