Two adult chaperones are making the trip as well. “The benefits of a trip like this are cultural and educational, offering an opportunity to learn the language that could never happen as effectively in the classroom,” said Haskins who has taken students to France several times. “French history comes alive everywhere in Paris,” she said. Destinations include the les Bateaux Mouche, Eiffel Tower, the Latin Quarter, le Marais, le Musee D’Orsay, le Musee Rodin, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sacre Coeur, and the Palace at Versailles.
