The Chairman, Robert Murimi(M643) opened the meeting to order at 7.
15pm by thanking the members
for attending the Annual General Meeting.
The Hon.
Secretary Mr.
Ruhiu Ndirangu (N355) then
proceeded to read the Notice of the meeting and the Agenda that had been posted on the Club Notice
Board on 1st
March 2012 and circulated via print media, Daily Nation on the 9th
March 2012.
The Agenda
together with the Auditor’s report and draft accounts had been posted to paid up members via land mail
on 16th
March 2012 in accordance with the Club’s Constitution.
After reading the Notice, the Hon.
Secretary requested the members to stand up for a moment of silence to pay tribute to the members who
had departed during the year.
