Cheers! Rodger Bailey, who taught us about metaprograms in the nineties, here in the Netherlands, often repeated this slogan: “Everything changes by context!”. And this has been one of the hallmarks of MindSonar, to measure thinking style for a given context, rather than supposedly unchanging personality traits. I was reminded of Rodger when Jaime Leal presented MindSonar to some Spanish colleagues. Someone who is involved in branding warned him that the MindSonar logo looks like a famous Barcelona brand of beer….
