Delicious plate that is prepared in all the country.
Generally is a portion of beans covered of a cup of
hogao(a sauce) , rice soft and dry, crackling, sausage, black pudding, patacones of green platan, slcies of
mature platan, a fry egg, slices of avocado, and arepas, served all in the same tray.
BEANS.
ingredients:
- 2 pounds of beans
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or corn oil
- ¼ pound of bacon cut into small pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 16 cups water
Preparation:

While the beans are washed and left soaking in water the night before.

The next day, put in the pressure cooker with the water they were soaked, oil, bacon and carrot.

If necessary, you can add more water to cover well.
