Stuffing
- ½ kg pork mince

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

- Pickled cabbage head
Gravy
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 cups of water(add more if needed)
Method:
1.
Combine all ingredients listed except for the pickled cabbage and mix together in a
large bowl, with hands if necessary.
2.
Cut the stalk off the cabbage and pull apart the cabbage leaves and separate.
3.
Any excess leaves left over can be placed at the bottom of a large pot.
4.
The combination of raw ingredients, are rolled into separate balls, and then wrapped
up in a pickled cabbage leafs.
5.
Once the ingredients are securely packaged in the cabbage leaves, they are placed on
top of the cabbage leaves in the pot.
6.
Once all the rolls are placed in the pot, cover them with cold water.
