Selby Hypnoband Results This is going to start off as a short aritcle with some of the results I have posted on my Selby Hypnotherapy Facebook page. It is a growing list of people who have lost between 1-3lbs per week on the Hypnoband program at Selby Hypnotherapy. We work together for 4 session spread over 9 weeks and during that time I assist you to create habbits that will last a lifetime. Hypnotic Gastric banding is an ever more popular hypnotic technique and although hypnosis cannot do all the work for you it certainly helps you along the way.
