The majority of people have some
time in their life tried to lose
weight.
Trying crazy fad diets
seems to be the norm for some
people.
But there is no magic way
to make the pounds fall off.
However protein can help you on
your journey.
The American Journal of Clinical
Nutrition states that “a highprotein diet induces sustained
reduction in appetite.
”
It’s not always easy to get the
proper amount of protein in your
diet.
Sometimes your choices will
add so many calories that it just
isn’t worth it.
You still need all of
the food groups to maintain your
health.
Adding a boatload of
foods with protein to your daily
diet is just not always the best
answer.
Over two years ago I lost 23
pounds.
Every day, I made sure I
took my predigested liquid
