As this journey of creating a viable business model continues, I am
discovering the interwoven nature of how the model has to be customized
to each and every paradigm.
In the case of Beltair Industries Imaging

org ) (BAII) a photography based service specifically
directed at real estate, pool and landscape design, I have experienced a problem I did not
imagine at the very beginning of the startup.
Litigation.
Litigation for better or worse is so common, that only a complete fool would
enter any contractual agreement to do anything without knowing their rights.
Harsher
still, it’s not always obvious that a contract violation even took place.
Often, its more of
being vulnerable to an exploitive advantage one person may have over another.
If that be
the case, not knowing your rights and ‘the law’ is the same as having no protection at all.
