This is the program of our Spring Concert. Ensemble Per Questa Bella Mano presents music from the Viennese and Bohemian 18th century, all on authentic instruments or copies. Rarely heard delicious music by Vanhal, Stamitz, Hoffmeister, Haydn, Benda and Dusek for solo Viennese Bass, Viola d'Amore, Violin, Harpsichord, Cello. Included is an article about Vanhal's Double Bass Concerto, played here in its original version, on a Viennese five-string bass.
