Women, men and children in communities
around the world are increasingly getting
caught up in the vile vortex of
“human trafficking.”
The bad news is that the business of
sexual slavery and forced labor is local as
well as global, is growing and is likely to
continue that trend at least in the short
term. The good news is that physicians
and other health care professionals can be
of great help in slowing or stopping
the damage.
