PPI Claims against Barclays Bank top rated the Ombudsman Tables
Today the Monetary Ombudsman released their figures relating to complaints they received in the
second half of 2011 and Barclays Bank topped the table with a staggering 6975 new case being
submitted to the Ombudsman for ppi claims.
The Ombudsman received a total of 11524 new complaints against Barclays Bank in this period
which is a shocking quantity of complaints against one business.
The complaints received can be broken down further and we will highlight how numerous
complaints they received in every category.
Banking and credit they had 3474 complaints submitted to the ombudsman for this period.
Mortgage and Residence finance the Ombudsman received 458 complaints against Barclays
Bank.
General Insurance coverage excluding PPI saw 119 complaints recorded against Barclays Bank.
Investments saw 361 complaints being submitted against Barclays Bank to the Ombudsman.
