The Circle of Excellence Efficiency invited representatives from Deutsche Telecom
and Deutsche Post DHL to attend two strategic dialog meetings at the top management
level on 6 and 7 February; the purpose of the meeting was to push ahead with the
consulting topic of ?raising efficiency and restructuring?.
It was an occasion for
the sharing of ideas and experience with success factors for restructuring
projects, best practice approaches, and other subjects.
One result of the
discussions was the decision to set up an efficiency action databank for all of
Detecon.
The link-up of fundamental DTAG know-how and own expertise from restructuring and
efficiency projects ? this promising combination was the subject of the CEE
presentation by the experts on the theme ?Restructuring and Cost Optimization?.
The
objective for Detecon is to develop models which will make it possible to market
the Detecon portfolio on these issues specifically to the clusters, explained
