The fitness world is full of jargon and wild ideas.
We are called upon to utilise interval training,
manage oxygen debt, confuse muscles, find the perfect supersets and encourage fast twitch fibres to
build muscle.

To make unbelievable gains in my levels of bodybuilding
awesomeness I must train to failure.
That one never sat well with me.
Just because it sounds good,
doesn’t always mean it is how to exercise.
Enter the internet, and its amazing ability to contradict itself.
To fully exploit the internet every user
should know this rule: select only what suits you.
Who cares about what is true about workout
exercises, or even what makes more sense.
Training to failure means I must finish each set, or maybe just the last one, only when I physically
cannot do anymore.
Some studies even show that it doubles one’s strength increase.
These studies
are full of cautions on when to and when not to use this method.
