systems have noticed an increase in enquiries and sales of such systems, despite
the recent low rain fall across the South of England.
With an increase in media news and a drop in rain fall, householders across the
UK are looking for ways to save rainwater and then economical ways in which to
water their plants.
Instead of watering plants in daylight, seeing the water
evaporate losing 95% of the water, house holders can use only 5% of their
daytime usage by watering at night time.
The hose pipe ban in some areas allows the use of drip feed to beds, which is an
effective way of using water and at night time too, saving on evaporation and
getting water direct to where the plants need the water most, at their root
systems.
