JASON BURGER Contributing Writer Wed, Sept. 21, every student at OBU received an email from Chief of University Police, David Shannon, regarding the issue of stolen bicycles here on campus. In the email, Shannon stated, “We have re- ceived reports of sever- al bicycles being stolen from campus this week. “However, since none of the bikes were regis- tered with OBU, we do not have any identifiers on file that will assist in recovering the bikes or allow us to enter them into the national data- base as stolen. “If you have a bicycle on campus you are re- quired to have it regis- tered.
