Where should I live?
Rental accommodation in Melbourne is increasingly competitive,
expensive and hard to find.
In this chapter we suggest where you can
look for accommodation, and areas of Melbourne’s surrounds that are
close to the University and yet still affordable.
While it would be wonderfully convenient to live on the doorstep
of the main campus, rental properties in the nearby suburbs are at
a premium.
So you may find that you have no option but to rent in a
suburb further away from the Parkville campus.
