with the First North American Manufactured Mobile Biochar Production System
Biochar Systems, LLC is a joint venture partnership that brings together two leaders in the
biochar industry, Biochar Engineering Corporation and EcoTechnologies Group, LLC
Berwyn, PA and Golden, CO, August 7, 2009 – Biochar Systems, a newly established
joint venture that partners with technology firms to deploy biochar production technology and
biochar soil enhancements, announced today the commercial release of its first mobile biochar
production unit, the Biochar 1000.
“We are extremely excited to launch Biochar Systems which brings together two companies with
complementary skill sets and the shared mission to sustainably drive implementation of biochar
