C. - The students and science teachers at Manteo High School, with assistance from the North Carolina Coastal Federation (NCCF), have worked hard to design and install a rain garden on the school’s campus. The students in Angela Gard and Pat Holland’s science classes learned about rain gardens in lessons provided by NCCF and the Coastal Studies Institute.
