However Michael always showed talent.
He started his musical career at the age
of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5
that was formed in 1964.
In 1968 The Jackson 5 signed for
Motown and moved to California.
Their
first 4 singles were No1 hits in The U.
S.
A.
The Jackson 5 recorded 14 albums and
Michael recorded 4 solo albums with
Motown.
The band stayed with Motown until 1976
when they signed with Epic records.
They
changed the name Jackson 5 to The
Jacksons.
The Jacksons had hit records
and totally recorded 6 albums between
1976 and 1984.
Michael released
his first solo album
"Off The Wall" in
1979 and it was a
big success around
the world.
