Imagine that when you are trying to sleep the person in the next room or in the same room starts snoring.

Snoring is
basically the sound that is produced by some of the apparatus inside our body which are responsible for
respiration.
Snoring is not unbearable in all the cases.
In some people the sound is hardly audible whereas in some
others the sound is really loud.
Snoring can have many causes.
One cause is the accumulation fat around the throat.
If the nasal cavity in the body is blocked due to some reason, snoring can happen.
The position of the jaw is also a
key factor in the causes of snoring and so is alcohol.
Snoring is not a minor problem.
It leads to several other
problems.
The first is interrupted sleep.
This in turn leads to irritability and fatigue in the day time because the
body has not adequate rest.
