Delhi-based builder Parsvnath Developers Ltd s proposed luxury apartments at Sarai Rohilla in the centre
of New Delhi will emerge as a landmark building that would change the skyline of the capital, Chairman
Pradeep Kumar Jain said Friday.
The company emerged the successful bidder by quoting Rs 16.
52 billion for the 38-acre plot auctioned by
the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).
"This is the best location.

It will change the skyline of Delhi with regard to height, design, openness and scenic
Landscape," Jain said.
Parsvnath has the right to develop 5.
5 million square feet of areas that will house luxury apartments, club, School
and commercial facilities like hotel, offices and retail outlets.
