During the Paris Air Show 2013 Finmeccanica has announced new contracts worth a total of about € 240 million, through its companies AgustaWestland and Selex ES.
AgustaWestland has announced contracts for over 20 helicopters valued at approximately 200 million euro. Among the principal agreements announced during the Paris Air Show 2013 are ten helicopters (a combination of AW169, AW139 and AW189 models) for Lease Corporation International, that adds to an order for a large fleet of AgustaWestland Family helicopters signed in 2012. In the VIP market AgustaWestland has signed orders with customers from Asia, with two AW139s for Samsung and two AW119Ke in India for Kestrel Aviation, and from US with two more AW139 in VIP configuration. The AW139 confirms its leading position in the offshore market with a further order for two units by OHI Group.
