Finmeccanica informs that the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft Annual Report for 2011 will be held on Tuesday 27 March 2012 instead of Wednesday 14 March 2012 and that the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the Annual Financial Statements for 2011 will take place between Monday 14 May 2012 and Friday 25 May 2012 instead of between Thursday 3 May 2012 and Friday 11 May 2012, as reported on 24 January 2012.
