Candidate Gathering Focuses on Systemic Change
"Systemic change" was the subject of the Candidate Connection held in
St.
Louis from April 30-May 2 with presenter Sister Anne Curtis
(Institute Leadership Team).
The candidates were immersed in what it
means to make systemic change and change’s role in the life of Catherine
McAuley, the Mercy charism and the Gospel.
The group was blessed
with the opportunity to participate in an immigration march held on May
1 in downtown St.
Louis.
Candidates left the gathering with a new sense of awareness for the needs
of justice and mercy around the world.
